Observation thatβs helping me . Iβve begun level 2 and having read through here I Ave picked up some really helpful insights one of which lead me to a talk by Justin on Scales.Having played around with The Sax I found scales to be enjoyable until last teacher I had discouraged me from spending so much time on them.aI dropped Sax soon after that.At this stage started messing around( following Justin Video On Scales)with G Major Scale to warm up and improve my technique in General. This has helped me out a great deal all around as I began Level 2,which I plan to take as much time on it as I need too,as opposed to rushing. For what itβs worth. I guess my point is that for me starting scales at this time is very beneficial
