I purchased the DVD set many years ago and when it went to a download on the website it was placed in My Dashboard under Account/Purchases
Try checking there.
I got the old dvds used from ebay some years ago so I can’t directly help in that case. But I’m just checking in to say that this thread gave me the interest to remove the old dust from my dvd player and check them again. 
I had an easy walking bass fun yesterday.
And since Justin released the new solo blues video about a year ago, I had already learned the second song in the dvd steady thumb blues. So, yeah, two days in and already ready for the third song haha. 
It’s really motivating. A little bit of cheating with the song I already knew haha.
Nothing in the purchases section of my account. But I did buy them years ago.
You are using the same account that you used back when you purchased the course? Just that your profile says that you joined 3 days ago and I thought that the JGC account was linked to your JG account (I could be wrong).
Almost certainly not, but I can’t remember the original account I used! This is the first time I’ve used the forums so I guess that’s why it only says three days. I certainly haven’t used it since the website was rebuilt, which I guess is four years ago?
