What I have that seems to check the boxes you’re describing is the Fender Acoustic 100.
I really like it & find it very useful.
Not sure of your price range/budget but it’s retail is about $500. I think I found it on sale a few years back for 25 or 30 percent off & felt it was worth more than I paid at the time!

Or there’s the Fender Acoustasonic 40 for $300. Also meets your requirements. It’s what I have, and I’m happy with it.
I have watched a lot of videos on the Fender 100 and 200. Very nice in many ways. I am going look for a 200. Thanks much for the recommendation. Alan

AER also have a good reputation for acoustic amps. I don’t have one so I can’t recommend a specific model.

From what i’ve learned throughout the years of playing and buying amps is this: go to a local store and try a few.
Find a store that has one or both of your targets in stock. Fiddle around with them and see which one you like best.
I bought a few amps in the past “blind” and most of them didn’t turn out too good. These days, i would play them first and then decide if i would buy it.
I owned an AER for many years. Very very good. A fair bit more expensive than what’s been discussed here. I bought mine 2nd hand and saved about 50% on the retail price.
