Help trying to cancel my subscription as app just wont load on reliably on a galaxy tab A. ( when it eventually loads I get a message that I’m logged out & restart app to log in) so I can’t log in to the account. I’ve installed bluestack a emulator & the app onto my PC but it wont recognise the account (maybe me getting it wrong) hopefully if I can stop the tablet app I can the set up a new account & use the it on the pc
Panic over finally accepted my login detail so now running on the pc emulator

I’m unable to login to the Justin Guitar App on my iPhone. My subscription renewed in January, however, when I try and login now I get a message “There is no user record corresponding to this identifier. The user may have been deleted.”
