Looking more closely, the OP does seem to have a case for ‘false advertising’.
£8.66 instead $20 of per month is a 57% saving, not the 40% stated, and
£10.83 represents a 46% saving, not the 25% stated.
It seems as if they’re reluctant to admit how much better a deal it is you’re being offered

Apologies, if I’ve made any glaring miscalculations- even ‘world leaders’ have been known to get their sums wrong when working with ‘percentage savings’…
