Fernando - BLIM Start and End!

@Eccleshall thank you I really love that you find it inspiring! That’s the idea!

@Richard_close2u playing the Blues in the multiverse!

Great follow up. You are rocking Central my man. That end was fantastic bro. I can really tell you felt a sence of accomplishment and something important for yourself, and I am so stoked for you.

You know I watched that first video last night or maybe the night before. yeah that was good too especially for a for a guitar grom like me, so right on man.

People like you give me inpiration. You are kind in the chat and helpful. I dont know if I will play like that anytime soon, but when I finish BLIM, If I have a smile on my face like that at the end of a piece, I will have been successful. Thanks for sharing

Two great shares Fernando.

As a fellow Blimer C1, I can see you hit the floor already running, while the rest of were tripping and falling over our own feet. I suspect you already have some serious palmares in the game. First track sounded sweet and something I’d be happy to achieve, post BLIM consolidation.

Enjoyable exit performance as well but listening back to back, I suspect you weren’t too far off the LH recording from day 1 but shoot if you are now playing as a leftie after 6 months, I raise my hat. I am sure that’s just some video tomfoolery. But at the end of the day 2 very fine performances which you should be proud off.

Nice to see you sharing both outside of the BLIM bubble and hope you stick around the main JGC arena and share some more of your experiences and knowledge.

Cheers

Thank you Toby. Glad you mentioned the “hit the floor already running” I started focusing on the blues in late 2023, mainly influenced by my desire to learn Jazz, but it is true that I have experience prior to this, playing in many local bands, ranging from cumbia to prog rock… I’ve been playing for 39 years, started at 8 hitting 48 this year, with a short hiatus of about 5 years in my late 20s ( got into car racing ). So the only reason I have more tricks in my hat is because I’ve been doing it for so long, I should probably be a lot better in fact. I say this because I don’t want folks to believe that this comes easy to me, no way… there’s years, blood and sweat behind it… I consider consistency to be more important than talent… stick to it for a long time and you’ll get good, guaranteed!
