Brian,
The British invasion continues and this is a great sounding effort! You have quite the crew there. I had to turn it up a bit and it was well worth it. I admire all the instruments and players coming together to make a nice āfullā production. Top notch stuff, vox and play!
Thank you, Brother!
A full-blown positive review with no nits. Much appreciate you stopping by
@Richtrfc Sure, I already said ta in person⦠or did I?
(btw. you said youāre not around tomorrow, didnāt you?)

Cheers, Stephen
I always loved this song, but wasnāt quite sure if it was because it was a cracker, or because of childhood nostalgia (e.g. Far far Away by Slade or similar).
Thatās high praise indeed, esp. from someone whose āstrangeā high-end productions I remain in awe of. (Speaking of which, whenās your next offering?) Moises is simply a website I subscribed to last year which allows you to (roughly) separate out the separate components of a track.
With these projects, I usually send out a ātemplateā to all the others to play their instruments over. I used to do this with my Trio+. Simple drum, bass, guitar & vox.
Then Iād mix whatever they sent me, removing the bits that I had sent out in the first place. Moises just means I donāt have to program the chord progressions and rhythm (or even play the guitar! ). So itās all us, but to the template of the original, apart from the instrumental I added on.
I did learn a ton using my new video program DaVinci resolve though.
I screen-grabbed some concert footage and had to speed up/slow down the footage to try and synchronise with our playing. I thought the drums were the most successful
Ta again
That sounds a useful tool. When we do covers I end up trying to breakdown a song bit by bit and it can get a bit muddled when thereās a lot going on.
Weāve got quite a few originals in the pipeline at various stages. Had another played on Introducing recently but I wasnāt too pleased with how it sounded - so reworking some guitar tones and the mix.
Will post something soon.
