Hello, I am Sean. I am in San Diego CA. I started learning guitar a couple years ago with Justin Guitar using the App and lessons. I am still working on lessons and am currently in Level 3. It is great to finally join the community and I look forward to learning more.

I also live in San Diego. Welcome to the forum Justin guitar is an excellent choice for learning to play. I’ve been doing it about 3 years and about to perform in my first Justin guitar open mic here in a couple weeks. I suggest to master rhythm and timing as a first step. Also recommend recording yourself to track your progress. You might see my playing on Mission zBeach or apB from time to time. A loud guiros part of the usual beach stuff I pack along. Beach goers never seem to mind and once in a while people stop by to listen and say thanks for playing. Check out our record yourself and progress section to see cover songs from our group. I’ve uploaded at least 20 songs or mot looking forward to hearing your talent soon.

Hello Sean. Welcome to the Community. You must have been making good use of the learning resources and materials so far, keep it up.
There are many good folk here who will happily offer help and encouragement to those coming up behind them on Justin’s Beginner Courses. They embody and carry the pay-it-forward ethos we have nurtured for many years in our community. There are many old hands too who have years and (hopefully) a bit of wisdom they can bring as they give their support to those hitting the road blocks - which we all do.
