Hello from Volker in Weiterstadt [Germany]

Hello everybody,
my name is Volker (pronounced as the ‘V’ would be an ‘F’ - like Folk music)…
Started playing guitar at the age of 16 and as there wasn’t a lot of other things to do, got some ‘feeling’ for the right notes. But never learned any music theory at school. I dropped the guitar when I went to another city for studying (Computer Science …) - I guess I tried to be a grown up. Bought another guitar after a few years but never had the time to do more music. SInce I’m retired now I wanna learn what I missed. Fortunately now I have cleared up my brain and seeing how everthing fits together is a lot of fun.
Started as a youngster with Blues but with the years I also opened my ears for a lot of other music.
