I echo one of Justin’s tips about learning guitar. Practice doesn’t necessarily make perfect, practice does make permanent. Make sure you spend the right amount of time on each lesson and don’t skip on too quickly.
Hey, just want you to know I got the William Leavitt books and started in on Lesson 1. I practice it after I finish with my JG practice. It’s all coming back to me…slowly, but still coming back. I can find the C scale on the fret board and identify the notes on the sheet music. The fun part is trying to do it with my eyes closed to get my fingers to go where I want them to go. I haven’t forgotten as much as I thought I had.
