Hey this is Axel in Belgium, just joined the BLIM

Hey all! I’m Axel, from Belgium.
I’m a member of Justin Guitar for a few weeks, but just signed up for BLIM so I thought I could have a look at the community and introduce myself

As far as the back story goes, I began playing guitar 25 years ago, when I was at school. I learned on a classic guitar, then went for an acoustic before buying my first electric (a Gibson Les Paul Studio I was in love with since I saw it on the shop’s wall…). Played mostly rock then metal songs. I played for a few years then stopped because of studies, work, kids, etc.

And here we are, I decided to get my guitars out of the closet a few weeks ago. I didn’t really know where and how to begin then I saw Justin was setting a Blues Immersion program up and now I’m counting on it to get back on track and (re-)learn things!

Hi AXel.
Welcome to JustinGuitar and this fantastic community. Please take your time to look around and get to know the wider space.
https://community.justinguitar.com/categories

We are a supportive and encouraging group of students and guitarists from across the world. Essentially, we are all here for music and to improve as players. We truly are a ‘community’. Members help and support one another and a friendly, positive attitude underpins this. We hope that all - young or old, experienced or new players - adopt and foster the pay-it-forward ethos that Justin personifies and embedded all those years ago when he started the website and forum.

Also, please make sure to read the community etiquette announcement for some important information and guidance.
