Hi Dan, welcome. The guitar lessons of Justin Guitar are organized in a way that you do not need to practice one thing one hour each day to see progress but you can practice several exercises a few minutes each day and still see that progress. Your progress will depend of the time spend practicing but regular short practice sessions will work better than longer sporadic sessions specially at the beginning.
