Sylvia. When I bought my electric guitar I was worried about plugging it into my amp. I knew the electric current from the house powered the amp and that coils in the guitar pickups fed vibrations back to the amp. But how can this be safe? 
I confess that I still have occasional thoughts about supposing things go wrong. I am connected to the household electrical wiring system!! Only a plastic pick is between me and āKnockinā on Heavenās Doorā.

Can I confirm that the rumour that all acoustic guitars sold after 2030 have to be Electro Acoustic is totally untrue, it is 2035!
