How long do Guitar strings last?

when did strings start costing so much

I use Harley Benton strings, they’re €1,50 per set and a surprisingly good quality.

Just wondering which is easiest for the beginner.
Tried these for coated( D’Addario XTAPB1253 XT Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings, Light) and these are my usual strings (D’Addario EJ16-3D Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings, Light Tension – Corrosion-Resistant Phosphor Bronze)
