How to play 'Sto Lat' on the guitar and make it interesting

Hi,
Couldn’t really find the right place for this question so I’m posting it here.

I want to create a short video of me play a Polish song called ‘Sto Lat’
It won’t be more than 20-30 seconds
It’s very simple, almost too simple but i want to make it sound a bit more interesting so any hints or ideas on strumming patterns would be great.

The music is attached

By way it was created using iPad Notion Mobile - a fantastic music notation tool and free.
Also a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrRh9hy7Sac but no one ever sings more than the first verse.

I did try and arrange it like Justin’s Silent Night finger style (a lovely arrangement in the Christmas song book) but it just didn’t work. I have the music-xml if anyone wants to play with it but can’t upload it here unfortunately.

I’d class myself as Beginner Grade 2, ok but not brilliant, can muddle through with a bit of practice.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Peter

I found a YT Channel where you can see several lessons on Sto Lat at different levels

Hi Peter, Richard would be the guy to help you out here. He may see this, best of luck, HEC

Withold suggestion was good and helped me re-arrange.
Result below. Easy enough for me.
Thanks

I don’t know the song.
But can you incorporate playing the chords, but picking out the individual notes within the proper chords.
That’s basically the idea I’ve been using is some of the play it by myself type tunes that I play.

From the music you posted up, it looks like it could be doable to me.
Your re-arrangement looks like your going the right way to me.
