Items not showing in pratice routine

Check this out; I’m playing around with the practice assistant trying to understand it.
I have developed 2 test routines.
Routine 1 has 9 items as seen below

Lesson 1

However; when I try to edit this I can only see 5 items as seen below

Lesson 1a
Lesson 1a757×862 28.1 KB

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here but it taking up a bit of actual practice time.

Anyone know what could be happening here?

Hi Colin - select 'Show all 32 items" then select which ones you want to include in Lesson 1 and then save. And if you want to edit a particular item go to the items tab to modify and then save.
