Not France this year - we’re starting in Bilbao (just arrived) and then it’s 5.5k down through Spain and back up through Portugal. Hopefully I’ll find some quiet places to practice some songs:guitar:

How are the performers going with their song practice? I think I’ve decided on doing one acoustic, one electric (if I get a two song slot).

We are going well with our two songs. Both played on acoustic for Lara and electric for me.

Settled on the two songs to play a while ago, but still haven’t prepared the backing tracks. Just have to not do it 15 minutes before the soundcheck like the last time.

@jkahn I’m backup/filler so if me dropping can eventually result in more song space for others, I’ll glady offer those spots to you guys.

I decided on the songs and spending now time setting that advanced setup with Reaper/OBS/Zoom (Toby’s tutorial), mainly because I don’t want string noise to come through my condenser mic. It seems it works, but still running tests to set levels properly.

Hi JK - I’m planning on 2 songs if the space is available - Perfect (Ed Sheeran) on the acoustic and then Common People ((Pulp) on electric - the practice is going fine on my 3/4 travel acoustic (!!) and hoping it will convert to the full acoustic and electric when I arrive home from my travels on the morning of the OM. I’m also hoping I can just link straight into the setup I had for the first timers night last month that seemed to work fine then.
