Sorry Richard I am 100% awol for this one as hardly playing anything at the moment, let alone full songs. Won’t be around on the tech support side either,as up to my neck in teeth and fur.

To the general public

Anyone who’s posted a recent AVOYP should have a crack at performing it live. You’ll get huge sense of achievement and a huge dose of adrenaline.

So step up and support your Community.
No one else does this on the web so it’s a unique and special opportunity.

100%!! It was nerve racking the first time I did this last Fall, but everyone was very supportive and friendly and it’s been a great way to get comfortable performing to an audience.

Hi Richard,
Mate sorry this is late I know and I don’t want to set a precedence for late entries but I’d be up to do something if its ok.

I only got home Wednesday after 3 months overseas and wasn’t sure I could get my setup together and working for a Zoom.

Things seem ok, sound is fine but video is not good when I run the recording function, it could just be the recording.

if anyone is available before the event to run a quick test zoom with me that would be good just so I can see if the video is streaming ok??? :thinking:

We have two debut performers.

PLEASE REMEMBER

  • The performers will be doing a soundcheck in the 30 minutes before show time - please allow them that time and space to prepare by not entering early.
  • Please be aware of muting your microphone. Always mute during performances. Un-mute if you wish to clap / cheer after a performance. Immediately mute again for the next song or the MC to transition to the next performer.
  • Use the Zoom chat throughout the show.
  • If you wish to stay behind at the end for the after-show chat, please do so. That time is for performers and audience alike, all are invited and welcome to the social time at the end.
