Ladies and gentlemen, we have our performers and the running order is almost finalised. Watch for an announcement soon.

We have an Host - bravo @eric.lennon for volunteering to step up and take the MC chair again.

We need at least one person to volunteer to take on a simple but important role. We call it co-host but it is really a behind-the-scenes role.
You need to operate the Zoom Spotlight function.
The basics are:

Host in the ‘spotlight’.
When the Host announces the next performer, both Host and performer are spotlighted to chat side-by-side.
The host is then taken out of spotlight for the duration of the performance.
The host is brought back into spotlight when the performance ends and the performer removed, perhaps after Host and performer have had another small chat.
Repeat throughout the show.

The one thing it requires is keeping a look out for the video view of the performers about to come up next. When there is a large audience you sometimes need to go searching. Also, the video views shuffle about when people unmute and speak (say to applaud a performer) so they don’t stay static.
