Good job. I’ve just talked a band I play with 3 or 4x a year into getting it on the “ones to learn” list. I love the major, major 7, dominant 7 progression, with the IV added to take the song into the chorus. As others have said the strumming rhythm isn’t easy to keep up for the whole song.

Overall really nice! From a constructive criticism point of view, I would make sure that the added lead track was in time with the rhythm guitar (which sounded great, by the way), and make sure all the guitar strings are in tune. Lovely singing too.
