Pretty sure my brain is broken from the stuck 3 and 4 chords.
To the person who put together the cheat sheet… THANK YOU! I was thinking about requesting a PDF, but that is so helpful! And same to the person who put the scale graphic in the comments here. Also glad to hear that everyone is stuck here for awhile - so far, I am used to moving up every week.

Hi Jenny @beerasaur, I recall this being the first “oh, my!” lesson as well. I too had been used to progressing quickly…that changed for me at this point. Not saying it will for you…we’re all different! For me, the skills and theory presented became more challenging from this point on. That extra challenge makes progressing more satisfying!

Hi ! For the All-Down 8th note Strumming Pattern… do we practice it with one chord or the goal is to be able to play like 3 chords at 80 bpm with the changes ? If it’s for many chords what sequence of chords do you recommend ? What songs ?

@gazoo Caroline, Justin just says in lesson practice info:

To practice this strumming pattern, pick any chord you like and start strumming. Go slow and easy. Don’t overthink it - you already know how to strum; you’re just doing more of it now.

Once you’re feeling comfortable, start practicing the strumming pattern with a metronome. This is where it can get tricky for beginner guitar players. With more notes in the bar, it can be easy to get off tempo. Find a speed that’s not too fast or too slow, and set your bpm between 60 and 80.

And in the Ready to Move On notes:

  • Play the all-down 8th note strumming with a metronome at 80bpm with confidence.

So I think the answer to your question would be just one chord strumming at 80 bpm
