My bandmate played this a few nights back but he says he can’t remember what he played because he was drunk. We both are new so we don’t even know what he’s playing. I am not sure but I think he’s bending/sliding certain notes but I can’t tell which notes. Can someone provide Guitar Tabs for this (ideally including the bends/slides if any)?

Might have been better if I’d bothered to plug in and use some delay/reverb, and I think there’s a second guitar on the recording. However, it was just a quick attempt - I do like a bit of transcribing 
It does sound familiar, though cannot place it.
It reminded me of the Dust In The Wind intro, which plays with C and Am in sus flavours
