A good tech with a good reputation will likely have a build up of booked work and may not be able to do a same day service.
I have never looked for or expected a while-you-wait or same day service.
I don’t want my tech to rush nor do I want take it to someone who doesn’t have a lot of work scheduled (which could mean no reputation).
