Not Enjoying the App At All

I am in beginner two and playing dreams from the web based courses. I really like the web version and decided to support the site. I was playing dreams and decided to buy the lesson app with songs and migrate there to have all the song stuff. I linked from that lesson page and the song isn’t even in the lesson and songs app at all. Also it doesn’t synch with the web lessons and the flow is a bit different as well so I just don’t care for it. Wondering how to get a refund or exchange for something more useful like the theory course. Thanks.

Hi Austin. I’m sorry you’re not getting along with the App. Justin is able to host songs on the App only through legally granted permission from publishers and copyright holders, for which he is required to pay commensurately. Unfortunately it is not possible to obtain that permission for every song he has taught in one of his free song lessons nor for all songs he recommends through the beginner course.
Adrian is correct, the person to contact to explore options is Fanny. Hopefully you will get something sorted.
