No, Garageband is good for SQ. If you want good tone from you guitar and the ability to use Guitar plugins for defend tones then Garageband is the way to record, or Logic Pro.
You may not be aware but you can import a Video file into Garageband, I have not tried syncing Video and a sound file in iMovie. In Garage band it is easier to sync up because you can look at the wave form for the Video sound and the wave form for the recorded guitar track and align them, that is why I put a one bar click at the at the start so I can align then on the clicks.

Very nice! Rests are nice and clean, sounds good.
I’m not sure, but I think you played an A rather than an E on the lead into the chorus.
It’s a hard sound to replicate, the studio recording is slowed down a little which makes the guitar sound fatter, and live both of them played it. I find gain down, volume up, klon software works well for my set up.

I tried recording You Shook Me All Night Long last night, then I listened back to it… depressing. 
I’ll get back to it after my holiday, with less stress and without putting myself under any time pressure.
Hopefully I won’t have lost all that muscle memory…
