True story this ā€¦
Last weekend, visiting friends, they had an ā€˜Echoā€™ smart-speaker playing music in the background, following its own algorithms. It eventually started playing festive songs so we agreed to give it a new instruction. My friend said, ā€œEcho, play some summer songsā€.
I could not believe the first song it played ā€¦

And, by coincidence, or by the all-listening ear of big-brother, I had been telling them a little earlier about the fun of listening to and learning new songs for my students. I didnā€™t name-check you or Man I Need but somehow or other the AI knew.

Thanks so much Richard! I think Olivia Dean is on a lot of peopleā€™s algorithm right now! Iā€™ve never had such a hard time buying tickets before in my life until last week when hers went on saleā€¦ Looking forward to it :grinning_face:
