I’m having issues my tab subscription. I randomly loose access and the support takes 3-4 days or even a week to figure it out. anyone else having this issue?

If I have problems with my computer, I first delete the cookies and caset(?) data… if that doesn’t work, then it is usually a good habit to call in @larynejg … I have now tagged her for you, maybe someone else will help before here, until then have a lot of patience while waiting, usually everything will be resolved very quickly here,
