I hadn’t realised you had posted the lyrics and in both languages. Now I have read them. I didn’t know you can add text to posts as collapsible items.

Actually, Lisa I do speak quite a bit of German. I just hadn’t read the lyrics. I lived in Basel for 8 years between 1993 and 2000, but then moved to the French speaking part of Switzerland. Unfortunately, although I can communicate easily with people in German, I speak a mixture of Swiss German and High German but I can’t speak either of them completely. When I’m in Germany people really laugh because I have an English accent and then mix in Swiss German words with my German. French is a lot easier :grinning_face:

Loved this song; with the melodic ideas in between and underl lyrics. no rocket science but expertly placed to bring that extra texture.

People will certainly recognize themselves in this and it’s an excellent song to create a bond with your audience.
