Nice looking and great spec guitars, but unfortunately only sold in the UK and Switzerland, nowhere else in Europe, so hard to go and test out.

I’m actually going to a store in Slovenia (Jet stockist) before going to Thomann and the JT-300 in light blue was the one of the ones I want to try (blues my favourite colour), also will be looking to the JT-350 range.
Let me know how it plays once you’ve received it.
I would highly recommend a telecaster with single coil pickups based on the music you play. If it’s in your budget, I highly suggest a US made tele in your favorite color. It will not disappoint. This one goes for about $1,800 in the USA. I’m not sure how much they cost in Europe.

@rachelcoles I already have the same model in butterscotch and I play 90% of the time despite having 7 others guitars that cost a lot more. The necks are sublime. I did change all the hardware on my original at great cost cos I could 
the new one will remain as is. One point if it matters to you is the 300 doesn’t have strings through body, they attach to the back of the bridge, I had my original modified to string through body by a luthier. If you want string through body that starts at the 350 model.

@Gregba That cream coloured Jet tele looks so nice. Why did you modify it to string through? I renovated a very old Squier Affinity that is a top loader and I considered drilling holes to make it string through (assuming this would be better). My other Affinity is string through. But it seems that there are not many obvious advantages to a string through (according to what I read) . The main advantage to a through the body design I could see is that it gives a much greater choice of bridge as there are not many top loader bridges on the market - and most of those avaislble are ash-tray bridges which I’m not overly keen on (I’m sure I’ve just said something sacriligeous to the tele afficionados).
Love the purple one you have just ordered too. Actually, all the Jets look nice to me.

@Prof_Thunder I went string through as I found the bridge sides too high on the original making string muting a little awkward on the e strings. On the string through Bridge the bridge sides are non existent for most of its length. I couldn’t find any non string through bridges with the cutaways at the time. I don’t plan to mod the new purple one but time will tell.

I went with a super affordable tele from monoprice.com and never looked back:

I did upgrade the pickups and added a 4-way switch, but that’s just the tinkerer in me. 
EDIT: I would not break the bank or stress out about getting a tele knock off.

I’ll start out by saying that I LOVE PRS guitars, my main guitar is a Custom 24 SE, and it’s the best guitar I’ve ever played.
That said, my last purchase was the NF53 SE, I’ve had it for about six months now, and I’m really disappointed with it. My main complaint is indeed the neck, it feels extremely fat and bulky compared to the Custom.
They have a new type of pick-up which I was intrigued by. I do like the pick-ups ok, but they didn’t blow me away.
The bridge is a little funky too. It’s sort of an updated version of the classic tele. It has just two saddles, but four screws to adjust it, so it’s maybe a little more adjustable than the classic 3 saddle/3 screw version. It looks very cool, but I’ve had a really hard time getting the intonation right on that guitar, and its been surprisingly bad about staying in tune. Maybe a professional set-up would fix it, but I’ve been able to keep all my other guitars in good working order without having to shell out for that.
Finally, I’m also disappointed with the doghair finish. I have the white version, and there is much less of the black “doghair” than you see in all the photos. I’ve seen this complaint in other reviews of that guitar as well.
I had hopes that this was going to be my new “#1”, but in the end, I’m not playing it very much.
It pains me to say it, but I personally wouldn’t recommend this guitar. Although I don’t own any of them, I highly suspect that there are better T-style guitars available at this price point.
(I’m also very jealous that you get to go to Thomann in person. That must be a lot of fun!!!)

Thomann is great, been a couple of times…It’s so big and really looking to this visit as they’ve just completed the new building which has made more space for guitars 
It is some much fun just walking around and seen everything, you feel like a kid in a candy store, you want to play everything and buy everything…
