How did I miss this? It was simply lovely both to eyes and ears! It’s so good you can ghather with your loved ones and work on such projects. That was a great little piece of art Brian, thanks for sharing it.

Pretty basic.
I prefer mobile phone vox recording to my usb mic. Import mp3 file to Reaper, adding some reverb or panning (esp to any backing vocals)
I usually receive drum, bass and guitar contributions as mp3s from some audio interface.
Violin/mandolin/other also via phone mics.
I presume most of the goodies would lie in learning to use equalisers/hi/lo-cut etc and compression, and it will happen, but life is short
