I did exactly that last night. Watching football game and working on āMini-Fā to D changes - Somewhere along about the 3d quarter - it happened! Not fast yet, but getting smooth!

Super cool! I like to think that watching football takes few enough brain cells I can learn good repetitive guitar techniques!
Too dang cold to ride outside! Though I could probably strum a bit while rising my trainer. Iād hate to get my guitar all sweaty.
