So well done. I don’t know all of Amos Lee’s work, but I enjoy him. I found him on Pandora and added him. Hadn’t heard this one though. Very pretty. You both did so well. Great mix to my ears.

When i first heard the song i assumed it was really old and thought Amos Lee was really old too, i was surprised to learn the opposite.

Chin up on your hearing. I wear double hearing aids as does @oldhead49. We seem to manage. He is doing well on guitar, transcribing tough stuff by ear. I have not done so well as a musician. For you see I only try to sing and play so that I have something to record. I am more of what you call a producer. But this was not a plug for us guys, rather it was encouragement to you that your craft can go on as you wish and there are solutions to help your hearing issues!

The hearing thing. I took a hearing test & I dont have any real hearing loss to speak of. What I do have is a drainage problem-tubes in the ears arent doing their job too well. Nothing an antihistamine wont fix. 
The biggest problem was that my ear buds are wore out & the right one wasnt working at all. I discovered this after panning something to the right & the sound disappeared. Had my spouse listen cuz I seriously thought my right ear was just “gone” & he told me he heard nothing out of the right earbud either.
Combination of things, both easily fixable for now. Im actually going shopping for some new headphones or ear buds today.
