Youāre going to have to take the time to position your audio sources the best you can. Do you have a bluetooth speaker you could use to help direct the music playback? A bluetooth condenser mic would probably be a good idea when you can get one.
Sorry but can you explain better this to me? By āaudio sourceā do you mean the speaker or the guitar?
As a matter of fact I do have it
. I used it on my video.
Wow thatās actually not expensive, I did a quick search, I thought of it being way more expensive. I donāt know if itās worth it
⦠The difference is huge? Let say I buy one, how I can use it with my tablet? I donāt pretend to buy one though.
Both are your audio sources. Given that the microphone youāre using is attached to your video recording device (phone/tablet), all you can do is figure out how to position the audio you wish to record relative to that microphone so the microphone picks it up.
Itās going to be difficult to get a good recording of playing dynamics with this limited equipment.
At least you have a bluetooth speaker that allows you to position your music playback. Youāll need to point it at the microphone and find a volume level that works and a distance from the mic that works.
Thereās a large price range on these. The real advantage to having one is that you can position the microphone independently of your video camera to help ensure you capture the best quality audio. Exactly how much different it will be from what you have depends a lot on what you have now. But the potential for improvement is very high. That said, you still have to work with all of the elements Iāve described with positioning your bluetooth speaker and your guitar and such to get the best recording you can. Itāll help you get a better recording, but you still have to work to get the best you can.
From what I could tell of your sample recording, your biggest challenge is that your current setup is picking up other extraneous sounds and that limits how sensitive it can be to your guitar and to your bluetooth speaker. I donāt know what it is and since you removed the link to it, I canāt listen again. Itās possible that a better mic could eliminate or minimize that extra noise so you can focus on the music. but it just depends. regardless of your gear, you need to be able to figure out what is causing those unwanted noises and how to eliminate them. Finding a quiet room can be important, but how the microphone is aimed can also impact what sounds it picks up. with good setup, you can record music outside with lots of background noise that doesnāt overpower your music.
Thank you for helping me out. Iāll try today moving to a quiet room and messing with the gears. Then Iāll try to record again and Iāll upload on YT ![]()
By the way Justin starts to talk about recording here. I know you didnāt asked but Iām a perfeccionist, if my mind says I have to do I have to do, kinda ![]()
