I can be pedantic at times 
My kids school used to tear their hair out, when they’d send home parent/pupil/school agreements to sign at the start of the year.
I’d get my pen out and cross out where the school pledged to be firm but fair replacing it with me wanting them to be fair and firm whenever necessary
