Writing the riffs - Beginners

Does anyone have suggestions for writing down the riffs in the Beginner Modules? I want to practice them, but can’t remember and do not want to review the video every time.

Under Tools there’s a link to Blank Papers where you can print off blank TAB as well as other papers to write down TABs, chords, etc.
