I studied clarinet, flute and piano for 17 years but gave it up in favour of teaching myself guitar when I got into rock/metal. I played guitar for several years before I embarked on a 15-year period of giving it up/taking it up again. I discovered Justin Guitar in 2020 and challenged myself to learn guitar from scratch.

My aim now (Sep 2022) is to be able to play along with any song, learn more about music theory, play some classical pieces and to attempt to create my own eastern-metal genre (that nobody but me will want to listen to ).

Music I love: Most genres of metal and rock, but also some international folk music, 80s pop and classical.
