I am 59 and a life-long beginner. I have much more time to play now that I am not working anymore, so maybe over time, I will become a better player. I always seem to recall and pick up where I left off the previous time I thought I had determination to keep up a daily practice. I have 3 guitars; I usually play the acoustic. Currently working on timing, strumming, and finger-style solo. I gravitate to the finger style solo because I don’t have anyone to play with. Not sure I could play with others anyway.
