A Hondo Acoustic bought with saved pocket money as a 13 year old in the early 80s was my introduction to guitar. It was a nightmare to play and I stopped. In the 40 years since then I’ve had 2-3 year bouts of playing before finally getting back into it again properly about two years ago.

I used to use various guitar mags but am enjoying working my way through the Justin Guitar website - Justin’s such a fantastic teacher that it’s always interesting and informative. I’m now well and truly hooked again and it feels as though something’s missing if I don’t get an hour a day of playing in.

It’s helped even more by my lovely wife getting me a Fender American Professional II Strat (Dark Night) for Christmas.
