Born and raised in Sydney Australia. Picked up the guitar in early 1970’s and learned/played till 1980 then put the guitar down (Work, wife, raising kids, buying a house - all the usual excuses). Retired in 2013 and picked up the guitar again. Moved to Queensland (also in Australia) in 2021, started learning/practicing with more focus. Joined a local band and played my first gig (New Years Eve 2022). I intend to keep going with it this time - or at least until my fingers or brain give up!!!
