I’m Juan Carlos from Barranquilla, Colombia — an engineer, lifelong learner, and music lover who’s been “trying to play guitar” for about 30 years now!

I’ve spent most of my life solving technical problems, but the guitar has always been a personal challenge and a source of joy. After years of excuses and short attempts, I’m now taking it more seriously — following Justin’s lessons and building consistent practice habits.

My biggest goals? To enjoy the journey, play the songs I love, and maybe even write a few someday.

Double challenge for me: the guitar and the English language — but both are worth every minute!
