Hi, I have had a guitar of some kind or other for around 50 years and tried many different books, cassette courses etc, then I discovered Justin Guitar about 4or5 years ago and I’m on the verge of starting Grade 3,
I love music of all types but i would really like to be a competent blues/ rock player.
I’m 61 and full time carer for my partner so I fit practice in as and when really.
I can play F and A shape barre chords from previous years but I’ve gone back to the beginning again just to make sure I am confident enough to move on to intermediate level,
I love the app except when they remove songs for whatever reason ( American girl - Tom petty and Brown eyed girl) seem to have disappeared?
So that’s about where I am at the moment, just had a few weeks trying fingerstyle and mastered 'Happy Birthday ’ it’s not as easy as it looks but a little perseverance pays off eventually.
