5 years. He was bluesy and jazzy and this worked well for me.

Stopped for a few years, but am back in the self-guided mode. Enter JustinGuitar. Took me about a year to get back to previous level. I’m working on the music theory module. I now understand the things previous teacher was going on about. Haha.

Feel good about where I am. Slowly progressing. I picked up the banjo and am learning Old Time or clawhammer style indigenous to Appalachian Mountains of Eastern United States.
