Older disabled military veteran wanting to improve my playing skills. I understand how to read standard music sheets, but have trouble understanding when to change chords with music with only words and chord markings. Need help in understanding which strumming pattern is used without it being written on the sheet. Open chords are ok, barre chords are still 4-letter words. Looking for beginners in the Southern Nashville, Tennessee area to jam with to improve each other.
