My guitar journey has been very hit or miss, to say the least. Had 3 years of lessons at age 11, strummed for 10 years then put the guitar away for good, I thought.

Picked it up again at age 60 and dabbled in classical and fingerstyle without getting anywhere. Now, at 71 I’m tired of spinning my wheels, so I signed up here to follow a coherent plan–starting with Justin’s beginner course.

I also play the piano. Although I started at 40, I’m a much better pianist than guitarist. At least I can play piano. All I’ve been able to do on the guitar is mess around with random stuff.
