Hi need a bit of guidance please, minor pentatonic legato lessons. The video explains Justin using note sequence no 2 from the PDF file using frets 8-10, this sequence of notes mirrors exactly one of the minor pentatonic scales patterns, pattern 2 caged shape D. Justin advised on the video you can move the shape down and up and across the fret board, and it will work. However, the shape does not mirror any of the patterns, 1,3,4,5. Just confused.
