Fun and rewarding exercise to practice Fretboard knowledge and triads

This topic was long and not necesseraly the most fun in my guitar experience. I am convinced of its utility but I had trouble having a good time with it.
What I want to share is that I actually found a fun and rewarding exercise mixing triad chords and fretboard knowledge.
I follow these videos made by a great youtube channel. They are simple tracks with the grid displaied. So I try to jam along with the triads which needs me to practice them but also to find where the right notes. I try to mix up the backing tracks to challenge my note finding and I try each time to play the chords in a different neck position (low, medium and high)
