Accidental Subscription

I started a free trial on the app. It didn’t show up when I logged into the website, and as such I completely forgot about it. Yesterday I was charged for an annual subscription. This was a big mistake and its stressing me out lots, I really can’t afford the annual subscription. Is there anyway I can cancel my subscription as it was only started 1 day ago and I haven’t used it anyway and I really did not mean to subscribe. This is a community not tech support. But from experience you would need to go to Apple or Google to cancel & refund and they usually do for accidental subscriptions.
