That’s a very useful lesson! I used to play alternating strumming patterns within a song before and also thought I would really get louder in the choruses. Records show me: it’s not true…one can hardly hear the difference between verses and choruses. Same when I look at the audio curve/diagramm. Not so much of a difference in the emphasis. My subjective impression on this subject seems to be different to the objective result. But now I know how to deal with it! Thanks!
