All my songs impractical and in saved are all missing please help

sorry to hear that this happened to you. It’s only a guess by now, can you please confirm if this happened in the Justin Guitar App (as opposed to the website)?
If so, did you create an account? (On Android:) Please check “three line menu” → “Account”. Please make sure you are logged in. If that doesn’t help, I guess it’s best to contact the app developers via justin.feedback@musopia.net
