Can anyone give me the setup used in Justin’s tutorial on Rocky horror’s Time Warp
The amp setup is what I need as I can’t seem to get it right

Justin uses a Kemper Profiler so unless you are using one as well his setting won’t be the same as yours. What guitar, effects and amp are you using. Every different combo will have different setting but someone here may have a similar set up as you.
